Where are we located?
We have a shop located under the railway arches next to Chelmsford Rail Station.
47 Viaduct Road, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1TS.

How can I pay? 
We accept the following credit/debit cards online: Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron and American Express.
We currently take secure payments through PayPal, though please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account in order to make payment. 


Delivery

 

How much will delivery cost? 
To ensure that your order is packaged securely and delivered in a safe and timely manner, we do make a small charge for delivery. Our delivery costs are as follows; £3.99.

Do you deliver internationally? 
We only deliver within the UK at this time.

When will my goods be delivered?
Items ‘in stock’ will dispatched usually within two to three working days. However; if the item is out of stock, or marked ‘pre order’, we will dispatch your items as they become available. We will notify you if there are any delays.
Once an item has been dispatched, it should be delivered to you within three to five working days. You will be notified once your order has been shipped.
Please be aware that we allow 21 days from the date of despatch before we will investigate the non-arrival of an item.

If in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us.

Are there any restrictions for delivery?
We can deliver your order to either your billing address, or an address of your choice. However we reserve the right not to deliver to an address that we may consider to be unsecure for example to a communal postal address or a PO Box. If this affects your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. For a high priced item, we may reserve the right to deliver to your billing address only. Should this be the case, we will contact you after the order has been placed.

Can I pick my order up from your shop? 
Yes. You may select 'Collect from store' as your shipping option, we will then hold your goods for collection, please notfiy us with when you would like to collect the order.

 

Returns

 

How do I return my goods?
If you would like to return a purchase, you may do so within 28 days of the date of dispatch. The item must be in a resalable condition and in its original and undamaged packaging. Please repost the item to us, together with the dispatch note. Our address can be found at the bottom of this page. Please be aware that we will not refund you the cost of postage. Once we have received the item and confirmed that it is in resalable condition we will issue a full refund.

What if my goods are faulty?
If you have received goods from us which are faulty, we can either replace the item or offer a refund. Simply post them back to us, and we will refund the postage costs as well as the money for the goods.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage for your returns, as we can only issue refunds for items we receive. Items lost in post on return to us will be your responsibility and you should contact Royal Mail for further instruction.

 

In-Store Queries

 

Do you buy old comics/back issues/comics/trading cards/merchandise, etc?
Unfortunately, we are not buying any of the above at this time.

Do you have any job vacancies available?

We are not currently hiring. If a position becomes available in future, we will advertise on our social media platforms and in-store.
